Les Mills International (LMI) is the world’s largest provider of choreographed exercise-to-music group fitness programs, distributed to and run by health clubs. But as well as training the trainers, Les Mills also helps fitness clubs stay business-fit. They do this through a system of club benchmarking, enabling a facility to see how it compares with the industry standard, and from that, help them explore ways to enhance various aspects of their business to make them truly competitive.

Healthy worked with the LMI senior management team in Auckland, New Zealand, to transform and streamline their B2B approach. The solution needed to look great and work seamlessly, as well as integrate with their CRM database, plus the customer databases of non-LMI owned distributors.
