Our work with WentWest supports the delivery of Primary Care Practice Development services. Our human-centred design approach fits well with their commitment to make primary care patient-centred, comprehensive, coordinated, accessible and committed to quality and safety. We have worked in partnership together since 2016.

We explored various technology and design options in conjunction with the Practice Care Teams, spending time in the field and at their offices. The result is a solution that, as well as delivering key messaging and enhancing Practice Development Officers’ presentations and discussions, enables rapidly changing elements to be updated in-house.
